Brilliant Skin Rejuvenating Toner 135ml

Brilliant Skin Rejuvenating Facial Toner is used for the treatment and prevention of severe cases of pimples, blackheads, and whitehead’s by penetrating pores to reduce deaf skin cells. It whitens dark spots, blemishes, and other discoloration such as freckles, age spots to achieve younger-looking skin.

Direction for use: 

• After cleansing with Kojic Acid Soap, apply REJUVENATING FACIAL TONER on your face using a cotton pad. Dab Gently. Do not rinse.
• This toner is best used with Brilliant Skin Rejuvenating Cream and Brilliant Skin Sunblock Cream.
