Tita Guapa Rewards Program Policy

Effective Date: 1 August 2026

Welcome to Tita Guapa Rewards! Our loyalty program is our way of thanking you for shopping with us. By joining the program, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Membership

  • Membership is FREE.

  • Customers must create a customer account at www.titaguapa.com.au to earn and redeem Beauty Points.

  • Customers should use the same email address for every purchase to ensure points are added correctly.

  • Beauty Points are linked to your customer account and cannot be transferred to another account.

2. Earning Beauty Points

Members can earn Beauty Points through eligible activities, including:

  • Eligible purchases made on our website

  • Birthday Rewards

  • Successful referrals

  • Other promotional activities offered from time to time

Points are credited once the qualifying order has been completed.

Orders that are cancelled, refunded, or fraudulent are not eligible to earn points.

3. Redeeming Beauty Points

Beauty Points may be redeemed towards future purchases.

Current redemption values are:

  • 250 Points = $2.50 OFF

  • 500 Points = $5 OFF

  • 1,000 Points = $10 OFF

Rewards are subject to availability and may change without prior notice.

Only one rewards discount can be redeemed per order unless otherwise stated.

4. Referral Rewards

Members may invite friends to join Tita Guapa Rewards.

When a referred customer completes a qualifying purchase:

  • The referring member receives 500 Beauty Points.

  • The new customer receives a 10% OFF welcome coupon.

Self-referrals, duplicate accounts, fake accounts, or any abuse of the referral program may result in forfeiture of rewards.

5. Birthday Rewards

Members who provide their birthday may receive Birthday Beauty Points.

Birthday rewards are available once per calendar year and may only be claimed if the birthday has been added to the account before the qualifying date.

6. Returns & Refunds

If an order that earned Beauty Points is cancelled, refunded, or returned (in full or in part), the corresponding Beauty Points may be deducted from the customer's account.

If points have already been redeemed from a refunded order, Tita Guapa reserves the right to adjust the customer's points balance accordingly.

7. Expiry of Points

Beauty Points currently do not expire.

Tita Guapa reserves the right to introduce an expiry period in the future. If this occurs, members will be notified in advance.

8. Program Changes

Tita Guapa may:

  • change the number of points earned,

  • change redemption values,

  • add or remove rewards,

  • modify program rules,

  • suspend or end the Rewards Program

at any time without prior notice.

9. Misuse of the Program

We reserve the right to cancel points, rewards, or membership if we believe a customer has:

  • created multiple accounts to gain rewards,

  • abused referral promotions,

  • provided false information,

  • attempted fraudulent activity,

  • violated our website Terms & Conditions.

10. General Conditions

  • Beauty Points have no cash value.

  • Beauty Points cannot be sold, transferred, or exchanged for cash.

  • Rewards are available only while the program remains active.

  • Participation in the Rewards Program constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
