Shipping Details and Policy
We ship anywhere within Australia via Australia Post
ORDER CUT-OFF TIME
All confirmed orders placed on or before 9:00 pm (Melbourne time) will be shipped on the next business day.
Orders placed after 9:00 pm on Thursday will be shipped on Friday.
All orders placed over the weekend — including Friday after 9:00 pm, Saturday, Sunday, and public holidays — will be shipped on the next business day when Australia Post resumes operations.

All orders are shipped via Australia Post via shipping satchel/box. Please refer to the table below for shipping rates and estimated timeframes.

Please note: Orders are processed and delivered in accordance with the delivery timeframes provided by Australia Post. Tita Guapa’s House of Beauty Products shall not be held responsible for any delays arising from postal service disruptions or circumstances beyond our control.
In the event of any delivery delays, please contact us promptly so that we may assist you in lodging an inquiry with Australia Post. We are committed to providing support and will make every effort to assist where possible.
OPTIONAL EXTRAS:
- EXTRA COVER - We pack your order carefully and dispatch it on the next business day so it reaches you as quickly as possible. However, in rare cases, parcels may be lost or damaged while in transit with Australia Post, which is outside of our control.
We strongly recommend purchasing Extra Cover, as we cannot refund more than $100 for confirmed lost or damaged items if Extra Cover has not been added to your shipment. Extra Cover provides protection against loss or damage up to the declared value of your item.

If you wish to add Extra Cover, please message us via our website inbox, social media messenger, or email titaguapainfo@gmail.com within 2 hours of placing your order. This will allow us to process the request before dispatch.
We will send you an updated invoice reflecting the amended shipping cost. Once your parcel has been dispatched, Extra Cover can no longer be added.
2. SIGNATURE ON DELIVERY
You may choose to add Signature on Delivery for $2.95, which requires the recipient to sign for the parcel upon delivery.
Please note that Signature on Delivery is not available for deliveries to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers. If no one is available to sign at the delivery address, Australia Post will not leave the parcel unattended. Instead, it will be taken to your local post office for collection.
INCORRECT ADDRESS
Please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout, as it is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate delivery details. If an incorrect address is provided, any additional re-shipping costs will need to be covered by the customer.
If your parcel is returned to us by Australia Post due to an incorrect address, we’ll re-ship it to you as soon as we receive it back. A re-shipping invoice will be sent for $11 (standard shipping) or $15 (express shipping) to cover the delivery cost.
What if no one is home when my parcel is delivered?
If you didn’t choose Signature on Delivery, your parcel may be left under the “Authority to Leave” option. This means the delivery driver can leave your parcel in a safe spot at your home if no one is there to receive it.
If there isn’t a safe place to leave it, don’t worry — your parcel will be taken to your local post office for you to collect. You’ll have 10 days to pick it up before it’s returned to us.
How do I check the status of my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification. We recommend providing a valid email address at checkout so you can receive automatic updates, including a tracking number to monitor your delivery status. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become available after dispatch.
If you have not received your order within the delivery timeframe provided by Australia Post, please contact us at titaguapainfo@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will be happy to look into it for you. While we are not responsible for shipping delays, damage, or lost parcels caused by the courier, we are always happy to assist by following up on your behalf.
Shipping to P.O. Boxes
Please note that delivery to P.O. Boxes is not preferred. We recommend providing a full residential or business address to help ensure smooth and timely delivery.
