Shipping Details and Policy

We ship anywhere within Australia via Australia Post

ORDER CUT-OFF TIME: All confirmed orders placed on or before 10:00 pm (Melbourne time) will be shipped out on next business day. Orders placed on Thursdays 10:00pm, will be shipped out on Fridays. All weekend orders including Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays will be shipped out on next business day, which is Monday as Australia Post is closed on weekends. 

It is the customer’s responsibility to enter the correct shipping address in each order. It is also the customer’s responsibility to pay for re-shipping costs due to incorrect address entered upon checkout. In the event that the parcel is returned to sender by Australia Post due to incorrect address provided, we will re-ship the parcel back to customer as soon as the parcel has been received by us. The customer will be sent an invoice for $10 standard shipping fee or $13 express shipping fee to cover the re-shipping costs.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification. We recommend that you provide your email address to receive auto-email which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within the Australia Post timeframe, please contact us at with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you. Please note although we are not responsible for shipping delays, damage or lost parcel by courier, we are happy to follow them up for you. 

Shipping to P.O. boxes

Please note that P.O. boxes is not preferred for shipping address. We require full address.
