We do our best to pack all items securely, but occasional leaking can happen due to factors beyond our control. Liquid products are sensitive to pressure changes, rough handling during transit, and temperature fluctuations, especially when travelling long distances. These conditions can sometimes cause bottles to expand, loosen, or release small amounts of product—even when sealed properly.
To minimize this, we use extra wrapping, secure seals, and tight packaging. However, once parcels are with the courier, movement and pressure can still affect certain containers.
If your item arrives with minor leakage, rest assured the product is still safe to use. And if there’s significant leakage or damage, please contact us.
